(NEW YORK) While details on Dolce & Gabbana’s new men’s scent, due out next year, remain top secret, their new fragrance face, created in tandem with Proctor & Gamble’s Prestige Products division, is a smidgen less so. The designers have chosen Matthew McConaughey to star in the fragrance’s ad campaign and commercial, directed by Jean-Baptiste Mondino. The actor and fashion photographer-cum-music video director were first spotted shooting together in Paris on Rue de Castiglione in September. McConaughey is expected to be on hand when the fragrance is shown to select editors on Tuesday at the Gramercy Park Hotel, after which he will join Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana on the rooftop a dinner the designers are hosting. The ruggedly handsome 38-year old, whose oft-photographed chiseled frame portrays a healthy image of the Dolce & Gabbana man, is currently dating Brazilian model Camila Alves. Dolce & Gabbana declined all comment.
