(NEW YORK) Forty-eight hours of straight Factory Girl parties didn’t stop anyone from continuing onto the Gramercy Park Hotel for an after party following the Cinema Society-hosted screening of the Edie Sedgwick flick at the Tribeca Grand. More intimate than even the film’s own actual premiere, the Calvin Klein-sponsored evening benefited from personal appearances by its current women’s and menswear designers, Francisco Costa and Italo Zucchelli. With a dinner table set up in back, the long space helped attendees Jamie-Lynn Sigler, Steve Buscemi, Tim and Helen Lee Shifter, and Frederique Van Der Wal spread out into cozy booths. But out front was the place to be, as Costa and Sienna Miller blew clouds of smoke near the entrance—and in honor of the actress, the jean-clad Costa took a much-deserved break in the midst of show preparations. “I need a drink,” he quipped. “I just left the office and want to sit and chat.”

But longtime Manhattanites couldn’t pass up discussing the film’s many city references. “I’m holding this cigarette as an homage to Edie,” said Ann Dexter-Jones, who chummed up with Carlos Mota and Jimmy Fallon. “I met Andy [Warhol] in the late ’80s, so I guess that makes me a post-Factory girl.”

Though she sported vintage finds to many of her public appearances promoting the film, Miller’s stunning off the shoulder Calvin Klein Collection dress from resort that she donned for the night attracted an even larger contingent of newfound fans. Costa’s decision to make a last-minute switch from a yellow dress to a black-and-white number (which showed off Miller’s famous triple-star tattoo) before she reached photographers was well received. “I’m not tired at all,” said the London-bound actress. “In fact, I got lots of sleep last night. I won’t be at Fashion Week, unfortunately, but it’s been great to promote the movie in New York.”

Despite the presence of Guy Pearce, Marley Shelton, Dean Winters, Rufus Wainwright, Rob Thomas, Moby, Carson Kressley, Gemma Ward, Julia Stegner, May Andersen, and Jacquetta Wheeler, it was the guest who showed up the latest that completed the star-studded night. Leave it to Sharon Stone to make a grand entrance, enduring 20 minutes of flashing bulbs and reporters barking questions as she swept in wearing Dior midway through the party. “This is our prom picture,” she declared as she posed with Fallon away from the crowd.

But not everyone was as well prepped, rehearsed, or rested for the night as Stone. “I didn’t know what to wear, so I started wrapping pieces of fabric around my body,” said Milla Jovovich, who, too is in the midst of preparing for next week’s Jovovich-Hawk presentation. “Sienna is a goddess, but the sooner I see her and say hello, the sooner I can go home and go to bed.”
